BUFLA is hosting “HEALTH CLINIC” & “HEALTH SEMINAR” on November 3, Sunday at 4th street, Shatto Recreation Center. Please join us with your family and take the advantage of the followings:

1) Free Flue Shot
2) Free Cholesterol Check
3) Blood Pressure check
4) Free EKG
5) Diabetic Check

• You can talk to the Specialist and get their advice. Privacy will be strictly applied. Individual booth will be there to talk to the Doctor independently.
• Bring your children to see the Child Specialist. Doctor will give a limited quantity of INHALER which in the maket value of $100
• Family Medicine, Cardiologist, Nuclear Medicine , Orthopedic Doctor will be on the premise
• Chiropractor & Acupuncture specialist will be on the premise.
• There will be a speaker from the OBAMA HEALTH CARE PLAN. Find out out how it will benefit on your existing insurance plan or if you don’t have any insurance
• Pharmacist will talk about the usage of over the counter medicine like Tylenol, Advil, Excedrin, Antacid etc.

BUFLA is going to have a Free Health Clinic on December 21st ,2014 at Shatto Recreation Center from 10 Am to 5 Pm. This whole arrangement is completely for you and your family! You will also have the opportunity to meet a lot of Specialists at the same day in same place. There will be 20 doctors and over two dozens staff members will be there to serve you. See the attachment , you will be amazed to see our doctors list and the list of our free services. you will have the opportunity to have the Free Dental X-Rays and Exam and Free Teeth extractions. Dear Community Members,

BUFLA annual Free Health Fair and Clinic will be held this year on December 13, 2015 at Shatto Recreation Center from 10 AM to 5 PM. This whole Health-care arrangement is completely free for you and for your whole family and for your friends! You will also have the opportunity to meet a lot of Medical Doctor Specialists on the same day at the same place. There will be a large number of Medical Doctors and over two dozen staff members who will be there to serve you. You will be amazed to see our list of doctors and their specialties and the list of our free services.
